Our projects always start off by removing the existing shingles then inspecting and replacing rotten decking and perimeter wood. Next, we'll install synthetic underlayment and replace all flashings and drip edge. Valley reinforcements are always included to prevent water infiltration. Then, we'll install the shingles and proper attic ventilation needed for your home. Last but not least, we'll seal all of the roof penetrations with plastic cement (or you can upgrade to metal flashing for a small fee) and paint all roofing pipes to match the roof color.

We always make sure and clean the perimeter of your home thoroughly using blowers, brushes and magnets. ​
